Finding New MOLDX LCDs over Several years

 You can get a report of Final LCDs at the Medicare Coverage Database.

Go to function REPORTS.

Although I may have missed some automatic online sorts, I got all the LCDs. I then sorted by title and stripped out all that did not start with MOLDX.

I then sorted by contractor and stripped out all those that did not start with PALMETTO.

This gives 39 MolDx LCDs (in their Palmetto versions).

Many show trivial revisions.   I subtracted Last Updated from Effective Date.  I assume the many instances of 7 days, means a trivial revision.  I focused on instances of >45 days (the new or revised LCD notice period.)

This gave several LCDs per year that were either "new" or a "nontrivial" revision.
