CMS has a web page for its major divisions and their leadership.

I think it used to be, some divisions like Center for Medicare, you could start here and click down into the middle management levels. Doesn't seem like you can "click" to those middle people now.
However, CMS publishes a 74 page PDF org chart, that DOES include lots of middle management in the smaller and smaller silos.
